Welcome to our website!

My name is Kiyoko Umemura. I am the office manager at Kids Kiosk.

Let me briefly introduce myself. I am from Japan, living in Budapest since 1989, fluent in English, Hungarian and Japanese.
Before starting to work at Kids’ Kiosk, I had worked in the field of finance and administration at multinational companies, and the field of education, 5 years as a teacher at Budapest Japanese School, almost 20 years as office manager at international kindergartens.

Mostly I am your first contact via phone, email and visit. I am here to make sure that everything is operated smoothly at school, and children are happy.

Kids’ Kiosk online tour is also available in case you would like to see our facilities and meet the staff before you move to Hungary.

Kids’ Kiosk is open from 8am-5pm, the morning lessons are from 9:30 so please come on time. In the afternoon at 4:45pm the teachers will start to tidy up the garden/classroom and at 5pm the gate is closed.  We kindly ask everyone to leave the school latest by 5pm.

The required items to bring in with a name on:
– comfortable indoor shoes with velcro, (no crocks, no converse)
– toothbrush and toothpaste
– a set of spare clothes in case of getting messy or wet
– diapers
